Reminder: Quiet Hours In Effect 11:00pm - 11:15pm. The Board would like to remind all residents that quiet hours are now in effect nightly. Sound camps found in violation will be issued a courtesy notice, followed by a citation, followed by a strongly worded letter.

Approved Shade Structure Colors Updated. The Architectural Review Committee has approved two new shade colors for the upcoming season: Desert Taupe and Slightly Different Desert Taupe. See the CC&Rs for the complete palette.
