Q: Do I have to pay HOA dues?

A: Yes. Membership is automatic and mandatory. Dues are assessed upon arrival, upon departure, and at random intervals in between.

A: No.

Q: I received a citation. What do I do?

A: You may either pay your fine or contest the citation. Ignoring the citation is also an option, though not a recommended one.

Q: How do I report my neighbor?

A: Simply use our convenient online complaint form. You may remain anonymous, although we will probably figure it out.

Q: Isn't this supposed to be a gift economy?

A: The PHOA fully supports the gifting principle. Please consider gifting your fine payment.

Q: Can I really pay in ice?

A: Yes. Ice is accepted at the Board Office at a rate of $3.00 per bag, provided it is still ice at the time of delivery.

Q: My shade structure is black. Is that allowed?

A: No. Black is not an approved color. Please see Section 2.1 of the CC&Rs.

Q: How long does Architectural Review take?

A: 6-8 weeks. Please plan accordingly. The event lasts approximately one week.

Q: I forgot my Resident Portal password.

A: Please mail a written request, along with a copy of your photo ID and a self-addressed stamped envelope, to the Board Office. Your new password will be mailed to you within 4-6 weeks.
