The PHOA relies on vigilant residents like you to help maintain community standards. Use the form below to report a suspected violation of the CC&Rs. All complaints are reviewed by the Board in the order they are received, approximately.

Complaints must be submitted within 72 hours of the alleged violation. Please be as specific as possible. "Vibes were off" is not a valid violation.
