Board of Directors

The PHOA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership at the Annual Meeting. Board members serve staggered terms of three (3) years or until someone else wants the job, whichever comes later.

President	Linda "Bylaws" Pruitt	Presides over meetings. Has read the entire CC&Rs, twice.
Vice President	Gary "Clipboard" Feldstein	Conducts inspections. Owns a measuring wheel.
Treasurer	Chip Vandermolen	Collects fines. Accepts ice.
Secretary	Margaret "Minutes" Holloway	Records minutes. Corrects everyone's grammar.
ARC Chair	Dennis	Denies architectural requests.
Director of Sparkle Pony Relations	Tiffani w/ an "i"	Community outreach. Mostly borrows things.
Member-at-Large	VACANT	Applications closed.

Board Meetings

Open Board meetings are held on Thursdays at 4:00pm at the Board Office (4:30 & B), weather and dust permitting. Residents wishing to address the Board must submit a written request 48 hours in advance and will be allotted up to 90 seconds to speak. A timer will be used.

Elections

Elections are held at the Annual Meeting. Ballots must be submitted in person, in triplicate, in black ink. Write-in candidates are permitted but will not be counted.
