The Playa Post

The Official Quarterly Newsletter of the Playa Homeowner Association

From the President's Desk

Dear Residents,

Another season is upon us, and with it comes the opportunity to come together as a community and follow the rules. I am pleased to report that the Board has made tremendous progress this year. We have updated the shade color palette, replaced the measuring wheel, and finally resolved the Great Flamingo Dispute of 2024.

I would also like to remind everyone that "radical self-reliance" does not exempt you from Section 1.1. Rake your footprints.

Warm regards,
Linda Pruitt
President, PHOA

Resident Spotlight

This quarter we would like to recognize the residents of 7:30 & E for maintaining a dust depth of exactly 1.75 inches all week. Their yurt is also an approved color. Well done!

Treasurer's Report

The Association remains financially stable thanks to strong fine revenue. Current reserves consist of $4,212.00 in cash, 38 bags of ice (melting), and one (1) bicycle of uncertain ownership.
